The location of the hotel was great - a 10-15 minute walk from Costa Martianez Water Park. What's more, it was close enough to volcano, city centre, and supermarkets and good restaurants.

This is a hotel go-to for Puerto de la Cruz! Comfy place all in all, has polite staff who were over the top with providing us the BEST SERVICE. The location is marvellous, 2 km from Risco Belle Aquatic Gardens. They have plenty of meals to choose from, the food is perfect.
The room is very basic.

It was perfect base for travelling to Puerto de la Cruz, I was glad to stay there. The breakfast was satisfactory, plus the location was stunning. Actually everything was excellent, my next choice again in Puerto de la Cruz.

Brilliant food for breakfast. Neat and perfect room plus a safe, a sofa bed and an iron. Good pool, parking on street. The check out is late. Location not far from the residential area, volcano, buses. Also, on the hill.

Food was great and I have nothing but VERY LOVELY memories from this trip. Everything was really good, attentive staff, marvellous views on the garden and swimming pool. Enjoyed a multi-channel TV, a dining area and a seating area in the room. The bed was comfy, slept well, and I had kitchenette. The location was stunning in the center. I had some drinks at Mini Golf Club, positioned 500 metres away.

Nice place for exploring Puerto de la Cruz. The stuff were helpful and food was lovely. Excellant restaurant walking distance to the hotel. Pool view was worthy. Furthermore, free Wi Fi was a pleasant addition.
